A recent online article brought to us by The Telegraph explains a revolutionary solution for those suffering from Type 1 Diabetes.

This new solution, found by Scientists at the University of California and Yale, is a safe way to boost the body’s ability to protect it’s insulin secreting pancreas cells, allowing a diabetic to make insulin on their own for up to a year. With repeated treatment, the body could produce insulin completely on it’s own.
